For your comfort we have both heating and cooling options. The heat pump can be used with the wall-mounted remote to warm or cool the space, while the electric fireplace provides extra warmth and a cosy atmosphere. To use the electric fireplace, simply switch it on and press the temperature button on the remote to adjust the heat and flame colour to your liking. If the remote is not working ensure the fireplace is switched on via the switch on the side of the fireplace frame.

We have a smart TV with built in Netflix, Neon and Freeview available to use. If you sign into your own streaming accounts please remember to sign out before you leave. If our account is signed out please message me for the user name and password.
